Kiwi experts have asked women in a recent survey in the UK about their relationships with shoes.Here is the truth about shoes and women.

One in ten of all women have more then 20 pairs of smart shoes...

• 61% of the women agree with "My shoes aren't an indulgence, they're a necessity",
• 53% with "Budgets are for groceries, not for shoe shopping",
• 50% with "There´s no such thing as a complete shoe collection",
• 42% with "It´s OK to have a separate wardrobe for shoes, isn´t it?",
• 27% with "Picking the right shoes isn't life or death, it´s more important than that“,
• 16% with "I love my man almost as much as my shoes".

On "The worst thing about smart shoes“ women said...

• 31% say "They make my feet hurt",
• 24% say “They are more uncomfortable than other shoes",
• 21% say "They are hard to walk in".

• Half of the women had once to walk home barefoot because their shoes hurt; one in 8 had to be carried home.
• 39% of all women have a pair of hoes in their wardrobe that they never have worn.
• 66% had blisters from new shoes.

And yet the best statement that describes their (women) relationship with shoes…

• 28% “I love my shoes",
• 21% "If I buy a new outfit, I have to buy a new pair of shoes“
• One in ten "I don't always tell my partner how much I spend on shoes" .
